We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced team player to join our growing team as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role you are part of the commercial team.
As our Marketing Coordinator…
You are using your drive and experience to make VI Company well-known to its target audiences within the FinTech sector at our beautiful office in Rotterdam.
- You are executing a content and marketing plan that translates the marketing strategy into concrete actions and activities.
- You are in charge of developing and executing the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel most cost-effectively with qualified leads. Including SEO, email marketing, Social Media, and new marketing channels.
- You have exceptional writing skills: whether it's crafting a compelling case study, news article, press release, or blog post, your adeptness with the written word shines brightly. Setting up and maintaining the content & marketing calendar is your responsibility.
- You are a great organizer, your exceptional organizational skills will come to the forefront as you orchestrate events including webinars, roundtables, and our annual Ambassadors Day.
- You will extend your marketing expertise to our sister company, Alloq, assisting them in their marketing endeavors.

- A salary between € 3.000 and € 3.400 based on 40 hours, plus a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance, pension scheme, full coverage of travel expenses, training budget, and 25 holidays (you can always buy more).
- You’ll have the freedom to work from home and the office, have flexible working hours and a working week of 24 hours (we can discuss 28 or 32 hours). Plus, a €750 budget to spruce up your home office.
- We share our shares. By buying certificates, you become co-owner and co-decide in important decisions next to collecting yearly dividends and investing in the future success of VI.

- You have a proven track record as a Marketing Coordinator, with around 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the realm of digital agencies, in the financial domain or in an IT environment.
- You exhibit excellent communication skills and are fluent in both Dutch and English.
- You are proactive, self-starting, resilient under stress, and adept at prioritizing.
- Organising is your strong suit and you have planning skills to rival the best.
- Your communication and people skills are as strong as our morning coffee (or tea), it wakes people up and gets them moving.
