Hey there, we are VI Company. A digital FinTech agency, and trusted advisor for leading clients in the financial domain. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced team player to join our growing team as a Strategy Consultant. In this role, you will step into the rapidly evolving world of FinTech, joining the capital market niche. As the leader of the pack, you are actively contributing to the overall project result. You seek to connect with the delivery circles, advise customers at a strategic level, and guide them throughout the project and beyond.

As a Strategy Consultant...

You are using your expertise to help our clients develop and implement strategies that will drive their success.

• You are working closely with our clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. In order to develop, in collaboration with other team members and disciplines, fit-for-purpose solutions that meet their needs.
• You are well versed in the financial domain and the underlying business logic, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing guidance and expertise on trends, best practices, and developments in the financial market.
• You are constantly learning and up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in your domain expertise, and share your knowledge with our team.
• You are collaborating with our colleagues to deliver high-quality work products that exceed our clients' expectations.
• You are participating in business development activities, including writing proposals and presenting to potential clients.
• You will become part of a dynamic, growing team. Your experience and craftmanship will come in useful to further build the team.

As a financial domain expert, you use all your knowledge to understand our clients' problems and not jump to solutions too quickly. You have natural leadership and use this quality during projects, workshops and sessions. Guiding clients hand-in-hand and working together to develop and implement effective strategies aimed at achieving predefined objectives comes naturally to you. When transitioning from project-based work to repetitive tasks, you stay involved to constantly ensure that we are moving in the desired direction together. Being a commercial, strategic and communicative generalist, you have sufficient understanding of the financial markets to hit the ground running and make a significant impact.

• You have a proven track record as a Strategy Consultant, with around 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the realm of digital agencies, in the financial domain or in an IT environment.
• With your knowledge of organizational structures, you can develop and implement business strategies.
• You can easily translate a strategy into tactical and operational goals
• Your communication and people skills are as strong as our morning coffee (or tea), it wakes people up and gets them moving.
• You are a flexible stakeholder manager who can reconcile conflicting interests and effortlessly keep up at the C-level.
